German start-up, Rhein-Neckar Air, to launch with Berlin Tegel flights

Rhein-Neckar Air will officially launch operations on March 10, 2014 with flights between Mannheim and Berlin Tegel. According to its press release, flights will operate twice daily from Monday to Friday on-board an MHS Aviation (Germany) Do328-100.
