Cathay Pacific Airways has resumed non-stop flights to Zurich (ZRH) in Switzerland thanks to the introduction on 29 March of daily flights from Hong Kong (HKG)

The 9,276-kilometre route will be operated by the oneworld carrier’s 777-300ERs and will face direct competition from Star Alliance member SWISS, who also operate daily flights.  

The route was last operated by Cathay Pacific in October 2001.
