Allegiant Air touched down in New Orleans (MSY) for the first time with the launch of four routes during the course of last week.

Firstly, the LCC introduced twice-weekly flights on the 1,127-kilometre sector to Cincinnati (CVG) on 4 February, a route served until 5 May. The following day, Allegiant Air commenced flights to Columbus (LCK), Indianapolis (IND) and Orlando Sanford (SFB), all of which are served by the airline’s 166-seat MD-80s.
