The airline received its Operating License (AOC) from Benin's National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) on February 13, 2026, followed by its inaugural flight on March 23, 2026.
Routes: It connects the capital, Cotonou, to Parakou, offering a faster alternative to land travel between the south and central parts of the country.
Structure: It is a newly formed entity arising from the merger of Benin Airlines (formerly Air Taxi Benin) and Cronos Airlines Benin, created to revive the national flag carrier initiative.
The establishment of the airline aims to boost national air connectivity and meet the national goal of attracting over 2 million tourists annually.
