FlyEgypt (FT, Cairo Int'l) is planning to begin scheduled passenger operations later next month ch-aviation analysis of schedule data has revealed.
Effective May 25, the Egyptian leisure carrier plans to start the following services to Kuwait: Assiut (3x weekly), Alexandria Borg el Arab (5x weekly) and Sohag (4x weekly). Operations are on-board B737-800 equipment of which the carrier operates two.
Last year, former CEO Ralf Nagel said FlyEgypt planned to reposition itself as a hybrid carrier having operated as a charter airline since its founding in February 2015.
