Operations: Began as a cargo carrier in 1985 before expanding into passenger service.
The airline was named after Zulia state and was a notable operator of older jetliners in Venezuela during the 1990s.
YV-460C (c/n 45640 l/n 175, series -54CF) was built as teh first series -54CF in 1963 for Trans Canada/Air Canada.
It was then sold to Cargolux in 1985 and to Arca Colombia just few months later. Zuliana bought the plane from Arca in October 1989.
It will be retired and scrapped in MIA after the service in Venezuela.
