Lufthansa starting 10DEC12 will begin Boeing 747-8I service on Frankfurt – Los Angeles flight, replacing current Boeing 747-400 aircraft. Reservation for the 747-8 Intercontinental opens today.
In Summer 2013, Lufthansa operates 1 daily each of 747-8I and -400 to Los Angeles.
