Nigeria's Air Peace eyes int'l expansion in 2019




Air Peace is planning to launch services to Johannesburg O.R. Tambo, India, and Guangzhou in the near future, Chairman Allen Onyema said during the launch of the carrier's route to Sharjah.

The carrier launched its 3x weekly service from Lagos to Sharjah on July 5. Flights are operated with the carrier's only active B777-300, 5N-BUU (msn 29064). The route is Air Peace's maiden intercontinental service and only the second international, on top of its 8x weekly flights from Lagos to Accra in Ghana.
The carrier also has one B777-200(ER), 5N-BVE .

Air Peace also operates eight B737-300s, five B737-500s, one Do328-300 for VIP services, and six E145s which are operated by its regional unit Air Peace Hopper (APL, Lagos).
