NEW AIRLINE - AirJapan takes off for first time with a Boeing 787-8

All Nipon Airways' new medium-haul, low-cost airline, AirJapan, has taken off for the first time.

For its inaugural flight, the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner departed Narita International Airport (NRT), in Tokyo, Japan, heading to Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) in Bangkok, Thailand,

will operate six round-trip flights per week to Bangkok using the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, with flights between Narita and Incheon International Airport, South Korea, starting February 22, 2024.

Additional Narita and Singapore service will begin on February 26, 2024.
