Air India is expecting to start taking delivery of its first of 27 B787-8s later this month. It reportedly plans to first use the aircraft on domestic flights from Delhi Indira Gandhi International to Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International and Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International and to then operate it on international services to Dubai International and Singapore Changi International next.
