Norwegian Air Shuttle plugs 787 gap with A340s

Norwegian Air Shuttle  has announced it will wet lease two Airbus A340-300s from Hifly (Lisbon) due to the delays in the delivery of its new Boeing 787-8s for the new New York and Bangkok routes.
