Aerolineas Argentinas signs MoU with Airbus for four A330-200s

Aerolineas Argentinas has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Airbus Industrie for four A330-200s. The agreement was witnessed and signed by Mariano Recalde, the president of the Argentine national carrier, and Airbus Executive Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean, Rafael Alonso. Two of the aircraft are due in the first and second quarters of 2015 respectively while the remaining pair are due in 2016. Aerolineas Argentinas currently operates four A330-200s, four A340-200s and nine A340-300s on its long-haul network.
