ETIHAD S17 operation changes as of 15MAR17

Etihad Airways today made additional changes to its summer 2017 operation, including changes to last A340-600 operation on 30SEP17. Latest changes including last A340-600 flight to Europe scheduled in late-July 2017, and A380 operation adjustment.
