 Aero K (South Korea) signed an exclusive six-year agreement with Lufthansa Technik (Germany) for maintenance services for the CFM56-5B engines of their A320 fleet
DHL Air (Germany) took delivery of one B777F, serial 67139.


Croatia Airlines to station two aircraft in Split, and plans to return to the Middle East with the resumption of Zagreb – Tel Aviv starting 03 June 2022.

Azimuth Airlines (Russia) plans to receive two more SSJ100 in summer 2022. The airline currently operates 15 Russian-made aircraft, all of which are in service.


AirAsia Thailand is launching its first international route from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to Kuala Lumpur for season travel from 20 June 2022.


Asiana Airlines (South Korea) will also launch the A380 from the end of June 2022 at the earliest, flying to Bangkok and Los Angeles.


LATAM (Chile) has received its latest B767 converted freighter. The latest freighter is number three of the four B767Fs it will receive in 2022, with the final aircraft due to arrive in September.

Aviastar-TU (Russia) and logistics operator CDEK (Russia) announce the launch of a joint transportation program to provide stable and fast cargo transportation to Russian cities and abroad.


Ethiopian Airlines is further expanding its all-Boeing freighter fleet with an order for five B777Fs. The order is currently unidentified on Boeing’s orders and deliveries website.

ExpressJet Airlines (US) announced that it has named Neville Randeria as its CFO.

L’Odyssey (Switzerland), a subsidiary of Jet Airlines (France), now plans to commence services connecting Geneva to Bergerac, Deauville, Dinard, and Toulon in June 2022, with Saab 340B chartered from RAF-Avia (Latvia). Deauville – London City flights will start on 02 July 2022.
GOL (Brazil) to take delivery of two B737-800Fs, serials 34279 and 34965, in July 2022, following conversion in China. The aircraft are part of the agreement between GOL’s logistics business, GOLLOG, and Mercado Livre (Brazil).

Myanmar Airways International plans to launch direct charter and cargo flights between Moscow and Yangon. The airline is expected to launch cargo flights by the end of 2022, and passenger flights in 2023.


Vistara (India) is in talks for leasing capacity amid B787 delays and adds that in the next month the airline “should be able to get a landing on where we are,” including how many widebody aircraft will be inducted in the fleet.
