Mavi Gök (4M, Antalya) has launched B777-300(ER) revenue operations with charter flights to India using its B737-800s as well.
TC-MGG (msn 35302) was delivered to the airline at the beginning of 2023 but was used exclusively for training flights between Antalya and Ankara Esenboga until February 7, 2023, when it flew for the first time from Antalya to Delhi International. Flightradar24 ADS-B data shows the route to the Indian capital remains the sole deployment for the aircraft.
Mavi Gök, which is affiliated with tour operator Anek Tour, is planning to induct another B777-300(ER), TC-MGF (msn 35301). Both aircraft have been transferred from Russian sister carrier Azur Air (ZF, Krasnoyarsk Yemelyanovo). Mavi Gök maintains however that it does not cooperate directly with Azur Air.
The leisure charter specialist, which launched in the summer of 2022, also operates three B737-800s, the ch-aviation fleets advanced module highlights. Last year, the aircraft were deployed mainly on charter routes to Europe but currently fly predominantly to Saudi Arabia. The B737s also operate the Delhi route.
