Libyan Wings has signed long-term lease agreements with Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd. for two A319-100s, due for delivery later this year. According to Libyan Wings CEO Edgardo Badiali, the carrier is planning to launch operations during the third quarter.
