BOSTON, MA -- (Marketwired) -- JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ: JBLU), Boston's largest carrier, is getting in the game and adding a last-minute extra flight to Phoenix. After cancellations from numerous airlines this week due to winter storm Juno, JetBlue decided to take immediate action. The fun-loving airline couldn't bear to see New England sports fans stuck in the cold, so JetBlue just added an extra flight from Boston to Phoenix. This flight departs Boston's Logan International Airport on Wed. January 28 at 5 p.m. Customers are encouraged to act fast, while seats are still available.

"We are going to get more fans to Phoenix in time for game day," said Dave Clark, vice president, network planning, JetBlue Airways. "After digging out from winter storm Juno, we decided to add one more flight for Boston sports fans who can't miss the big game."

JetBlue will serve game-goers with the most legroom in coach (based on average fleet-wide seat pitch of U.S. airlines), free seatback entertainment, and unlimited free snacks and soft drinks.

This new flight is in addition to JetBlue's already sold out schedule including several additional flights between BOS-PHX.
