Ellinair has this week commenced flights between Thessaloniki (SKG) and Cologne Bonn
Launched 8 April, the Greek carrier will operate a three times weekly (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) service between the two cities on its 144-seat A319s. “We are very happy to welcome our new Greek airline partner, Ellinair. The carrier’s service strengthens our connections to one of this year’s most important tourist markets,” says Michael Garvens, Chairman of the Management Board, Cologne Bonn Airport. The 1,675-kilometre route is already served by Eurowings which currently operates a four times weekly service when referring to OAG schedules. In total this summer Ellinair will be serving four airports in Germany from Thessaloniki, with Cologne Bonn joining Frankfurt, Munich and Stuttgart. The carrier also serves Berlin Tegel from Heraklion, with the Crete airport also being connected with Munich by the carrier
