Global Crossing Airlines, initially trading as Global X, is a start up airline planning to use the Airbus A320 family aircraft. Subject to FAA and DOT approvals, Global X intends to fly as an ACMI and wet lease charter airline serving the US, Caribbean and Latin American markets. Global X plans to commence charter operations with A320 equipment in 2021.

On 15-Dec-2020, Global Crossing Airlines announced the formation of its first tour operator, CubaX, under Part 380 of the US Department of Transportation regulations. CubaX will initially operate daily Miami-Havana charter service with GlobalX aircraft, effective 2021.
