Humo Air (Uzbekistan) was sold to private investor ValleyRoad Capital (Switzerland) for about $2.4 million.

By 2026, the investor must purchase 18 aircraft, including three by the end of 2Q 2023. The launch of the first flights is scheduled for the end of June 2023, beginning with 16 domestic flights.
