Air Flo (US) to launch as scheduled carrier out of Florida with A220s, by veteran Ed Wegel. Avi8 Air Capital (US) developed the carrier’s business plan while Tailwinds Aviation (US), led by Ray Sisson, is handling aircraft acquisition. A seed round has been raised, with a larger round now being planned.
