Boeing to Deliver 9,000th 737 Aircraft to China Eastern

Boeing will deliver its 9,000th 737 aircraft to China Eastern Airlines in the near future, the U.S. manufacturer said Monday at ABACE 2016 in Shanghai.

The 9,000th 737, Registration B-7562 (LN5868), completed its maiden flight on April 5.
According to CADAS fleet data, the 737-800 aircraft will be operated by China Eastern's subsidiary China United Airlines, which will mark a significant milestone in the development of 737 program.
