Spirit Airlines inaugurated six US domestic routes on 14 April.

Five of the six routes will operate with a daily frequency, while operations between Las Vegas (LAS) and Seattle-Tacoma (SEA) will see a twice-daily service. Flights between Las Vegas and Seattle-Tacoma will be operated by the carrier’s fleet of A320s, with the remaining five being flown by its A319 fleet. The average sector length of the new routes is 1,940-kilometres while all will face intense direct competition from incumbent carriers.
