Tunisia’s “Sphfax Airlines” has signed a partnership deal with one of the largest airlines in the United States to boost its fleet through the addition of a number of aircraft “Boeing 737-800”.
The signing of this agreement comes as the tourist season is coming and in anticipation of the operation by “Syphax Airlines” of charter flights for tourists travelling to Tunisia.
The company is even aiming to develop flights to Africa, it said in a statement Tuesday.
A first plane, with a capacity of 165 passengers, has already been given to the international airport of Sfax-Thyna from Japan, pending the completion of legal procedures for the aircraft to be ready to start flights, according to the same release.
