T’way Air (South Korea) is seeking to raise US$130 billion in capital, via a third-party allocation paid-in capital increase and public offering of common stock. Its parent company, Sono International, will participate. Proceeds will be used to acquire a total of 16 aircraft in 2026, including ten B737-8s and six A330-900s.
