ASIVB of C919 aircraft successfully delivered

Recently, the Avionics System and aircraft level Integration and Verification Bench (ASIVB) of C919 aircraft passed the arrival acceptance review of the "Avionics System and aircraft level Integration and Verification Bench" project in the avionics integration laboratory of COMAC Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute, was successfully delivered, and entered the state of test run.

As an important project in the phase 2 development guarantee construction of COMAC Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute, ASIVB will undertake the tasks of integrated avionics system verification as well as aircraft level avionics system integration and verification of C919 aircraft. ASIVB is one of the largest avionics system test facilities in the world at present, has the super large-scale signal simulation and collection capability, and nearly covers the types and number of all signals of avionics system. ASIVB is an automatic integration and verification test facility having high reliability, intelligentization and strong real-time performance, which is established by introducing the advanced foreign technology in combination with the actual demand of the avionics system of C919 aircraft. ASIVB is the first avionics system integration and verification platform of C919 aircraft, which takes into account manufacturing compliance in the construction process, and provides a guarantee for airworthiness compliance verification tests conducted in the avionics laboratory in the future
