Flights on the 2,205-kilometre sector will operate four times weekly using the airline’s 767-300s. Paul Kraus, Dynamic Airways CEO, said that the route launch was a “monumental moment” for the company. The service marks the return of flights between Fort Lauderdale and the Venezuelan capital, a service which American Airlines operated up until 2005. The route faces no direct competition, although American and Santa Barbara Airlines do operate services to Caracas from Miami, which lies just 40 kilometres south of Fort Lauderdale
