BizAir Shuttle has terminated its sole remaining route - Carlsbad, CA-Las Vegas McCarran - putting the virtual carrier's current operational status into doubt. The 3x weekly route, which launched in June, was the airline's second after its Carlsbad-Los Angeles Int'l service which was terminated last month.
BizAir Shuttle had chartered a Do328-300 from Ultimate Jetcharters (UE, Akron/Canton) to ply the routes with additional plans to use an ERJ-135 sourced from RVR Aviation (Arlington). Formerly BizCharters (Chicago West), the airline had also outlined plans to connect its Chicago West hub and Chicago Midway with Morristown and Washington Dulles in the past.
