2016-NEWS AIRLINES: Ukraine's Anda Air to focus on charter market with B737s

Former Dart Airlines (DAT, Kiev Zhulyany) executives Sergei Shamenko and Georgy Avanesov have founded a new Ukrainian start-up - Anda Air (Kiev Zhulyany) - which aims to commence passenger charter operations later this summer.

Though currently completing its certification with the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine (SAAU), Anda Air plans to serve leisure destinations in Turkey, Egypt, Montenegro, Croatia, Albania, and Greece using a fleet of three B737s initially.

Avanesov told Forbes magazine that the airline is supported by a consortium of investors from Singapore.
