On 9 February the new Malaysian carrier began thrice-weekly (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) flights on the 802-kilometre route between Kota Kinabalu (BKI) and Kuching (KCH) using its 737-400s. The route is already served by AirAsia with thrice-daily flights and Malaysia Airlines with daily flights.
