Etihad to lease two Jet Airways B777-300(ER)s for JFK flights

Etihad Airways is to double its flights between Abu Dhabi Int'l and New York JFK with the introduction of a second daily service from March 1, 2014. Initially, the new flights will be operated by Etihad Airways using two three-class B777-300(ER) aircraft wet-leased from its strategic partner, India’s Jet Airways. However beginning May 1, 2014, Jet Airways plans to take over these flights under its own flight numbers
