BRA implemented as new Malmö Aviation/Sverigeflyg brand

The Malmö Aviation (TF, Malmö) name and all Sverigeflyg regional brands have officially been replaced by BRA - Braathens Regional Airlines (TF, Stockholm Bromma) this weekend as part of a rebranding exercise already announced by Braathens Group in 2015.
The rebranding has coincided with the migration to a single reservation system provided by Amadeus and the implementation of a single website flygbra.se.

BRA's network will remain focused on Stockholm's city airport Bromma from where it serves Angelholm/Helsingborg, Gothenburg Landvetter, Halmstad, Kalmar, Malmö, Östersund, Ronneby, Sundsvall-Härnösand, Trollhättan, Umeå, Växjö and Visby domestically. In addition, it also operates from Gothenburg to Umeå and Visby and from Malmö to Visby on a year round basis.
BRA's jet fleet consists of 10 ARJ-100s and 2 ARJ-85s. Its ACMI operator Braathens Regional (DC, Trollhättan) operates five ATR72-500s, three ATR72-600s and twelve Saab 2000s on behalf of BRA and SAS Scandinavian Airlines (SK, Copenhagen Kastrup) (the contract with SAS is scheduled to expire at the end of March).

With five CS100s and five CS300s on order, BRA plans to replace its ARJ fleet. It currently has another six ATR72-600s on order from Avions de Transport Régional that will be used to replace the outgoing Saab 2000s.
