Luxair ends ERJ-145 scheduled operations

Luxair (LG, Luxembourg) has ended scheduled ERJ-145 operations with the type's last commercial service - LG6998 Milan Malpensa-Luxembourg - on Wednesday, October 19.


The flight was operated by the carrier's one of two remaining aircraft of the type, LX-LGX (cn 145147). For its part, sistership LX-LGZ (cn 145258) has been parked since October 14.
As it stands, Luxair's fleet now consists of two B737-700s, four B737-800s, and ten Dash 8-400s.
