Norwegian to open Rome Fiumicino base next month

Norwegian (DY, Oslo Gardermoen) will open its fifteenth European base at Rome Fiumicino on March 27, 2016. The LCC’s first Italian base will create a total of sixty jobs for pilots and cabin crew.

Norwegian currently serves seven destinations from the Italian capital including: Bergen and Oslo Gardermoen in Norway; Copenhagen Kastrup in Denmark; Gothenburg Landvetter and Stockholm Arlanda in Sweden; Helsinki Vantaa in Finland and London Gatwick in the United Kingdom.
