A brand new Airbus A320 aircraft -- with a camellia japonica flower painted on its tail -- landed smoothly at Qingdao Liuting International Airport (TAO) at 1:10 p.m. on May 1, marking the successful introduction of Qingdao Airlines (QW)'s fifth aircraft.
This is also the second A320 aircraft the Qingdao-based airline introduced this year. What's more, its fleet is expected to reach 9 by year end.
The latest A320-214 jetliner is configured with 8 business class seats and 150 economy class seats. After some preparatory work, the newly introduced airliner will operate the Qingdao-Xi'an service from May 6.
