On June 29, China Express Airlines (G5) took delivery of its 17th and 18th CRJ900NG aircraft at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (CKG), making its hub Chongqing have 10 aircraft.
The two new aircraft will be deployed on Chongqing-Guyuan-Yinchuan and Chongqing-Liuzhou-Haikou routes.
Last year, China Express signed a purchase agreement with Canadian manufacturer Bombardier for 24 CRJ900NGs. Now, eight of 24 have been delivered.
As its fleet expands, the regional carrier continued to boost its network as well, operating 25 scheduled services. With significant enhance in transport capacity, China Express is believed to make more contribution to local transportation.
