THE BEGINNING OF A NEW JOURNEY





Italy is synonymous with Romanticism, style, passion and a love of life. This has been the source of inspiration for restyling our identity. Alitalia's new journey is starting with a revamp of our brand; a regeneration that retains the key aspects of the original 1969 design, enhancing it with new and exciting details to make it even more contemporary. Our logo has a new graphic design which adds a touch of modernity to the classic design without ignoring the past. The tail has kept the traditional “A”, our distinctive mark known throughout the world, but its design, inspired by the lines of sports cars, is enhanced with details and shades that make it even more attractive.
Using a sensitive approach that respects our history, we have also redesigned the livery of our aircraft; it is still recognizable, but it is even more elegant and sophisticated. The fuselage, in an elegant pearl-white color, adds a dash of style and sophistication, while the concept of speed is evoked in a refined way through a series of white lines extending as far as the vertical stabilizer.
On board, our guests will be welcomed into an entirely renovated aircraft. Enjoy a unique and comfortable travel experience in the new long-haul Business Class, which is fitted with fully reclining chairs with exclusive leather covers designed by Poltrona Frau, or relax and snuggle into the soft Frette blankets and pillows.
