DHL Express to lease an additional B747 freighter from Atlas Air

Atlas Air has announced the wet-lease of an additional B747-400(F) to global logistics firm, DHL Express. The aircraft will provide DHL with increased intercontinental capacity from Asia commencing in mid-June.

The arrival of the freighter means DHL will have leased a total of four B747-8(F)s, six B747-400(F)s, five B767-200(F)s and two B767-300(F)s from Atlas Air.
