The Spanish airline has announced 13 new routes and additional frequencies for its summer 2015 schedule.

From its base in Madrid, the airline plans to operate flights to twelve destinations including Florence, Naples, Palermo, Catania and Verona in Italy, London Gatwick, Manchester and Edinburgh in the UK, Hamburg in Germany, Funchal in Portugal, Budapest in Hungary and Paris Charles de Gaulle in France.

They will also launch a non-stop flight from Asturias in the north of Spain to Tenerife in the Canary Islands.
Route frequencies have been reported on Airline Route

Alongside its new routes, the Iberia Group will add 65 weekly flights to 24 existing Spanish, European and long-haul routes. These include destinations such as Mexico City, New York, Paris Orly, Lisbon, Tel Aviv, Venice, Dublin, Prague, Berlin, Stuttgart, Asturias, the Canary and Balearic Islands, and Galicia in northern Spain.

The 13 routes follow the eight new destinations the airline released this year for its 2014 schedule, including Montevideo, Santo Domingo, Amsterdam, Athens, Hanover, Istanbul, Stockholm and Stuttgart.

The airline also increased its capacity into Panama City and Santiago in Chile, as well the summer destinations such as St. Petersburg, Ibiza, Dubrovnik and Zagreb.
In 2014, the airline made improvements to its products and services, introducing new aircraft, new long-haul cabins, and a new brand image. The airline also celebrated record punctuality, with Iberia succeeding in becoming the world’s most punctual airline in June, August and October.

Iberia Express became Europe’s most punctual airline in the first half of the year, and both airlines have achieved their highest quality and recommendation feedback from passengers.
