Air Lease Corporation Announces Lease Placement of Seven New Airbus A321neo LR Aircraft with Aer Lingus




LOS ANGELES, March 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today Air Lease Corporation (AL) announced long term lease agreements with Aer Lingus for seven new Airbus A321neo LR aircraft to operate on transatlantic and other routes. The aircraft are from ALC’s order book with Airbus.

"The lease of the A321neo LR aircraft from ALC is the culmination of a long relationship with Aer Lingus. We have seen their long range fleet evolve from Boeing 747s to Airbus A330s to now Airbus A321s. We take great pride in extending our relationship with Aer Lingus. The A321neo LR aircraft leased from ALC will allow Aer Lingus to eventually replace four Boeing 757s, and add more non-stop routes and frequencies to U.S. and Canadian cities,” said Steven F. Udvar-Házy, Executive Chairman of Air Lease Corporation.

“The A321neo LR will be the perfect aircraft for Aer Lingus to provide its excellent service and allow it to expand into new markets while remaining a very profitable and successful airline,” said Grant Levy, Executive Vice President of Air Lease Corporation.

Delivery of the aircraft is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2019, with three deliveries in 2019 and four deliveries in 2020.

Air Lease Corporation Delivering Eight New Boeing 777-300ER Aircraft this Year with Six Airlines

Today Air Lease Corporation announced that, pursuant to long term lease agreements, ALC will deliver eight (8) new Boeing 777-300ER widebody aircraft to six (6) different airlines in 2015, all from ALC's order book with Boeing.
The following airlines are scheduled to take delivery of these new ALC Boeing 777-300ERs in 2015: Air France (1), Emirates (1), Korean Air (2), EVA Air (1), KLM (1), and Ethiopian Airlines (2).

In 2014, ALC delivered five (5) new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on long term lease including two (2) to British Airways, two (2) to Air New Zealand and one (1) to Etihad Airways.

Air Lease Corporation Announces the Placement of One New Boeing 737-800 and Six Lease Extensions with Air Berlin



LOS ANGELES, California, August 5, 2013 — Today Air Lease Corporation (NYSE: AL) announced a long term lease agreement with Air Berlin for one new Boeing 737-800 aircraft scheduled for delivery in February 2016, as well as lease extensions on six aircraft currently in their fleet. The extensions average five year additional terms on four Boeing 737-800s, one Airbus A320-200, and one Airbus A321-200.

ALC to lease two Airbus A321-200s with Sharklets to Monarch Airlines

Air Lease Corporation Announces the Placement of One New Airbus A321-200 with Etihad Airways



Today Air Lease Corporation (AL) announced a long term lease agreement with Etihad Airways based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, for one new Airbus A321-200 aircraft with sharklets, scheduled for delivery in April 2015.

Today Air Lease Corporation (NYSE: AL) announced the delivery of one new Airbus A330-300 wide-body aircraft (MSN 1397) on lease to Sichuan Airlines (Chengdu, China) for twelve years.
