MAS Cargo Airline has acquired 49% of Galistair Trading LTD, a European airline specializing in providing Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance (ACMI) leasing solutions.
As part of the commercial and operational agreements, Galistair already operates two Airbus A330-300P2Fs that it recently received more, between cities in Germany and North America, coordinated by mas.
Sinotrans Limited (commonly referred to as Sinotrans) is one of the largest logistics companies in China.[4] The business areas of the company include storage and terminal services and trucking and marine transportation.[5]

galistair commences flight operations
galistair (Malta) (GTR, Malta Int'l) began commercial flight operations earlier this month, ch-aviation analysis of Flightradar24 ADS-B data shows.
The start-up, which is a subsidiary of Spanish virtual carrier galistair (Madrid Barajas), completed its certification with the Maltese authorities at the end of January. A321-200 9H-VDB (msn 1607), its only aircraft, was then ferried from Madrid Barajas to Düsseldorf Int'l on February 2 and started operating for TUI fly (Germany) (X3, Hanover) the day after.
galistair previously operated the same aircraft on behalf of TUI fly using Portugal's White (WI, Lisbon) as its operating carrier. At that time, the unit was registered as CS-TKU.

galistair to offer ACMI/charter ops using an A321
galistair (Madrid Barajas) is a Spanish ACMI/charter start-up looking to proffer a single A321-200 to the global market.
According to its website, galistair has signed an agreement with White (WI, Lisbon) wherein the Portuguese ACMI/charter specialist will incorporate A321-200 msn 1607 into its operations specifications. It will then operate the 220-seater aircraft for galistair. Operations are expected to begin during the second quarter of the year.
The ch-aviation airline database shows Spain is currently home to several passenger charter carriers including: Aerofan, Flightline (Spain), Gestair Airlines, Gowair Vacation Airlines, Privilege Style, Swiftair, Zorex Air Transport, and Thomas Cook Airlines Balearics.
