The Ecuadorian EQUAIR has officially shown off its first Boeing 737-700.

EQUAIR received its first aircraft, a Boeing 737-700 Next-Generation. The plane, registration HC-CXB

Before EQUAIR, the aircraft had only operated with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines between 2011 and 2021.

The airline will connect Quito and Guayaquil, Ecuador’s two main cities

"Estelar 8451" on short final to runway 36 after a flight from Caracas (SVMI) bringing the Venezuelan National Soccer Team before the match between Ecuador and that country for the qualifying rounds of the Qatar 2022 World Cup. First time of this airline at Quito, even though they used to have charter flights back in 2013-2014 to Guayaquil.
