Kiwi Regional acquires a Polish Saab 340

Kiwi Regional Airlines (Hamilton) says one of its shareholders - 2 Cheap Cars - has acquired a Saab 340A (msn 340A-065) from Poland's SprintAir (SRN, Warsaw Chopin) ahead of the airline's proposed launch on September 27. The start-up expects the Saab (SCT, Linköping) twinprop to arrive in New Zealand in the coming weeks in time for it to complete its certification with the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand (CAANZ).
