GetJet secures wet-leased Slovak B737NG




GetJet Airlines (GJT, Vilnius) has wet-leased a B737-800 from Go2Sky (6G, Bratislava) on a year-long contract. According to the Slovak ACMI/charter specialist, OM-GTE (msn 29925) will be based out of Vilnius until November 2019 for use in running charter flights for and on behalf of GetJet Airlines.

Flightradar24 ADS-B data shows the contract began on November 29 with OM-GTE currently used to run flights to Tenerife Sur and Hurghada.

A Lithuanian ACMI/charter specialist, GetJet operates a fleet of three A320-200s (of which one is on wet-lease to Finnair), three B737-300s, and four B737-400s.

Slovakia's Go2Sky set for maiden B737NextGen



Go2Sky (6G, Bratislava) will shortly add a maiden B737-800 to its current fleet of four B737-400s in a deal arranged by ISIS Aviation Services. The Slovak ACMI/charter specialist has agreed to lease msn 29925, formerly in service with India's SpiceJet (SG, Delhi Int'l) as VP-SGL, from an undisclosed Irish lessor
.
The aircraft is due to arrive in March and will feature 189 seats in an all-economy configuration.

"We are delighted to have signed up for our first B737NG aircraft," said Daniel Ferjancek, CEO of Go2Sky. "This agreement caps a very successful year at Go2Sky during which we have achieved IOSA certification. We have returned one Boeing 737-400 to [its] lessor in preparation for the delivery of our first NextGen."
According to the ch-aviation aircraft database, Go2Sky has signed leasing contracts (current and future) with CSA Czech Airlines (OK, Prague) and Italy's Mistral Air (M4, Rome Fiumicino).

Go2Sky and Triton Aviation Ireland Ltd signed an operating lease agreement for one Boeing 737-400 aircraft, MSN 24332


Based at Milan Rastislav Stefanik airport in Bratislava, Go2Sky Airline provides non-scheduled transportation of passengers, cargo and mail. We are holders of an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Slovak Republic.
