Georgian civil aviation authority suspends Fly Georgia's AOC
Fly Georgia has had its air operator certificate suspended by the Georgian civil aviation authority on Tuesday, October 15. It has been struggling financially for months and had both its A319-100 and A320-200 repossessed by lessors recently. After losing all of its aircraft, Fly Georgia continued limited operations with wet-leased equipment, most recently B737-300 A6-ESR from Eastern SkyJets (EE, Dubai Int'l).
