24Airways (Milan Malpensa) is an Italian start-up planning to commence domestic Italian as well as regional European operations out of Milan Malpensa - its proposed Northern Italian hub.
As it has yet to secure either an Air Operators Certificate (AOC) or an Air Services Licence (ASL), it is presumed 24airways will initially operate as a virtual carrier while pursuing it own certification.
