ILFC and Azul Brazilian Airlines Sign Agreement to Lease Five Airbus A350-900 and Three A330-200 Aircraft

International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), announced today that it has signed an agreement with Azul Brazilian Airlines (Azul) to lease five Airbus A350-900 and three A330-200 aircraft. The aircraft will be operated on the airline’s new international routes from São Paulo/Campinas airport to the U.S., which are expected to launch in early 2015.
Aircraft Will Support the Airline’s Debut International Routes to the U.S.

ILFC and Air Caraïbes Reach Agreement to Lease Three A350-900 Aircraft

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), announced today that it has reached an agreement with French Caribbean carrier Air Caraïbes Atlantique Airlines to lease three new Airbus A350XWB-900s. The aircraft have an anticipated delivery timeline between 2016 and 2018, and will be operated on the airline’s long-haul route network.

ILFC and SriLankan Airlines Sign 12-Year Lease Agreement for Three A350-900s

International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), announced today it has signed a 12-year lease agreement with SriLankan Airlines (SriLankan), the national carrier of Sri Lanka, for three A350-900 aircraft. The aircraft will support the airline’s long-haul fleet renewal.

The A350-900s are powered by Rolls-Royce Trent XWB-84 and are part of an operating lease agreement, which has an anticipated delivery timeline between July and September 2016. ILFC currently has two A330-200s and one A340-300 on lease with SriLankan.

ILFC Signs Final Agreement For Up To 100 Embraer E-Jets E2s

SAO JOSE DOS CAMPOS, Brazil, July 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Embraer Commercial Aviation and International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a global leader in the leasing and remarketing of jet aircraft to commercial airlines, have signed the final agreement for 50 firm E-Jets E2 orders: 25 E190-E2s and 25 E195-E2s. The firm order has an estimated value of USD 2.85 billion at current list prices. The contract, announced as a Letter of Intent (LOI) at the Paris Air Show, in June, also contains options for an additional 25 E190-E2s and 25 E195-E2s, bringing the potential order to up to 100 aircraft.

Embraer's E-Jets E2s represent the Company's commitment to continuous investment in its line of commercial jets and its leadership in the 70 to 130-seat aircraft capacity segment. The three new airplanes (E175-E2, E190-E2, and E195-E2) are designated as "E2" signifying generational changes in technologies that have been incorporated in the design. Each of the three aircraft has the versatility for a range of single class, multi-class, or high-density seat capacities to suit operator requirements. Their cabins have a new "look and feel" that will offer an even greater standard of comfort and a superior passenger experience.

State-of-the-art engines, in combination with new aerodynamically advanced wings, new engines, full fly-by-wire flight controls, and advancements in other systems will result in double-digit improvements in fuel burn, maintenance costs, emissions, and external noise.

The first delivery of an E-Jets E2 aircraft (the E190-E2) is planned for the first semester of 2018. The E195-E2 is slated to enter service in 2019 and the E175-E2 in 2020. Virgin Australia Takes Delivery of New Boeing 737-800 from ILFC

), announced today that it has delivered a new Boeing 737-800 to Virgin Australia. This aircraft is the first of three new 737-800s ILFC is scheduled to deliver to Virgin Australia this year. The aircraft are intended to support the strategic fleet renewal at Virgin Australia.

ILFC Begins Deliveries of A330-343 Aircraft to AirAsia X

Leased Aircraft Further Strengthen Airline’s Long-Haul Business in Asia Pacific

(AIG), announced today it has delivered the first of six A330-343 aircraft to AirAsia X, a long-haul, low-cost affiliate of AirAsia. The company will deliver three additional A330-343s to the airline by the end of 2013, while the remaining two aircraft will be delivered in 2014.

The aircraft are equipped with Rolls Royce Trent 700 engines. The aircraft will be operated on the airline’s expanding network in Asia Pacific, which includes the markets of Australia, China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and its surrounding regions.

LOS ANGELES – November 19, 2012 – International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a
wholly owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG), announced today
the final delivery of an American Airlines 737-800 as part of a 15-aircraft sale-leaseback
program.

The agreement provided for 15 previously ordered Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft to
be purchased by ILFC from American and immediately leased back to American under a sale-
leaseback financing arrangement. The program began in November of 2011 and the fifteenth
aircraft in the transaction delivered on November 14, 2012.
