Borajet Adds Edremit – Cologne Service in June/July 2016

Turkish carrier Borajet during the month of June and July 2016 plans to commence Edremit – Cologne operation, on board Embraer E190 aircraft. The airline will operate this route twice a week from 06JUN16 to 30JUL16.

Turkey's Borajet completes fleet transition

Borajet  has completed its transition from turboprops to jets with the recent retirement of its last of five ATR72-500s. ch-aviation research shows TC-YAD (cn 702) was recently placed into storage. All five ATR72-500s have been acquired by Nordic Aviation Capital.

As it stands, the Turkish carrier is now using its fleet of five EMB-190s to expand its route network to include France, Lebanon, and Northern Cyprus. ch-aviation

Turkey's Borajet to lease five EMB-190s from GECAS

Borajet will lease five EMB-190s from GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) Turkish aviation portal, TR Fleet News has revealed. Thus far, it has been revealed that of the aircraft listed, three are former flynas machines: cn 19000217, 19000227 and 19000233 all of which are currently in storage in Riyadh.
