Insel Air Adds Port-au-Prince – Miami Service in S16




Insel Air starting from 24MAR16 is introducing nonstop service between Miami and Haiti, as it plans 4 weekly Port-au-Prince – Miami operation, on board MD82 aircraft. First flight from Miami is scheduled on 25MAR16.

Insel Air and Insel Air Aruba in July 2015 is launching a series of new routes, from its Aruba and Curacao hub. Latest update to planned new routes, since last report on Airline Route filed on 07MAY15, as follow.

Insel Air eyes four more ex-KLM Fokker 70s

Insel Air is planning to acquire four more Fokker 70s from KLM Royal Dutch Airlines  this year adding to the three it bought in July 2014. CEO Albert Kluyver told CAPA in an interview that the Curaçaoan carrier's board is still considering the purchase which, if concluded, would see two delivered in early 2016 and two more in early 2017.
