On August 29, 2013 at the MAKS−2013 Iliushin Finance Co and Angara airlines concluded preliminary agreement on delivery of two AN−148−100Es in terms of financial leasing. According to the signed document airplanes will be delivered to the airlines during 2014. At present three such airplanes work in the fleet of these airlines. They are successfully operated on the regional routes of Siberia.
